This is a bad football team. They had no leverage to sign free agents because of the cap hell. The absolute best thing that can happen is get thru the bad contracts, get some aging vets to retire, and be ready to draft well.

I said this when we hired him… was literally the last person left to hire who was seen to be qualified enough to be a head coach
