Of course this was happening. You don't spend that much on a problem, and it actually get worse. It's because that money was going somewhere else.

Rogan had a major property developer in the L.A. area on a few weeks ago & she said that the thing was happening with State & Federal monies intended to pay for the rebuilding of Paradise, the massive areas destroyed by the fires. Between the pols & the unions millions are unaccounted for.
