How about a statement from our current DA, who is running now for re-election, that he will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone arrested?
Looking at you: HILLER MOORE
You have been the DA for 18 years! Are you tough on crime or what? Do you want to protect LSU and their fans or not?
LSU is on board. Are you?

I can answer that: emphatically no!

Weak leadership controlled by the AA community.

I wish we could remove the concept that the jury and judge sees the defendants in trials. The actions and facts should be all that is needed to determine someone's guilt or non guilt. Jury and judge do not need to know the defendant's race or sex unless the context of the crime warrants that knowledge.

“A Time to Kill” touches on this.

Oh are they? Madison Brooks and Allie Rice say hello...
Maybe on the day I see the bulldozers moving down Highland Road, buying up the houses down Dead President's Row - then I'll believe you. LSU could court development here. LSU could court development behind Tigerland. LSU could court development down Nicholson. LSU could court development off Thomas Delpit.
Let me know when that start's going down.

Reluctant DA and Reluctant Mayor.
Why work when you get paid regardless?

Wait, what? How in the world would that fall under LSU's responsibility?
Are you saying "LSU" should investigate murders or accidental deaths of their students that don't happen on campus?
Your rant about LSU developing areas that it doesn't even own is even more stupid.

Hiller and Sheriff Sid have reigned over the near collapse of public safety in EBRP. It's clearly their job, and they clearly aren't good at it.

Not a good look Hiller. You’re too nice of a guy. You should never have been elected DA. You should be a Rep or Senator. We should have elected Prem Burns or John Sinqfield. Either one of those two would have kept the criminal element in check. Tony Clayton would have been good too.
But Hiller Moore is a nice guy so let’s elect him. Good job BR!! Elect a criminal defense attorney as the DA. But I guess he was white too so it’s all good right?

I'm 100% onboard with beating up on Hillar but if he doesn't beat the guy running against him next time its gonna get even worse.
He served as Gary Chambers "deputy campaign manager"

I agree. Unfortunately. Lesser of two evils.
I should have run for DA or found someone else.

Next time Shaq is in town to DJ at a Tigerland bar someone neeeds to pitch the idea to just raze it and start anew. I was a pioneer on Earl Gros Avenue as one of the first occupants when the aprtments opened in 1971. Its a shame to see what has occurred there.
