Hiller and Sheriff Sid have reigned over the near collapse of public safety in EBRP. It's clearly their job, and they clearly aren't good at it.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that in the Arnsparger and Archer days of the 1980's I met all the top players on the team every Friday at my grandfathers business, and the cost was the no show payroll job they had. I'm on the tail end of that trip right now. Barcelona / Nice / Florence. It was unseasonably hot. Definitely go early summer.

I prefer Madrid to Barcelona. Nice is great. Florence is a must.
