Give Taysom all Juwan’s TE snaps

Save for maybe in the red zone.
Get Taysom a glove for his right hand and let him.
I have zero confidence in Juwan, he’s Jared Cook rebranded. For every catch where the difficulty is above easy, he has a drop, or fumble, or tipped pass into an INT.
I have no idea why we resigned him to the large new contract. Hated it at the time and it’s looking worse each game

Add in a false start or two here and there and you have the Juwan triad of drops, fumbles, and drive harming penalties. Is he really committed to improving? He is not showing such committment so far this season.

I agree...for someone of his size/build he sure does go down easily at FIRST contact, his YAC's must be in the single digits...lol Throw in his ineptness at actually CATCHING anything but a perfectly thrown ball is infuriating !

Juwan Johnson is a very mediocre receiving TE. But he’s twice the receiver Taysom is. Taysom is an overrated wildcat gadget player and he’s aging quickly

I didn't want any part of him on the team, but they outsmarted us all and gave him real money. Who in the hell were we competing with?

He’s terrible. I never thought he was good. The contract he got was blasphemous. I was a Shough defender but now I’m getting pretty annoyed we passed up on all the TEs to take a QB we won’t even put into the game just so we can watch the same mid QB lose week after week.. but it was a close loss!

I always thought juwan Johnson would get better with his Frame and athleticism.
He is big and strong enough to dominate.
Problem is he is just soft and always fails at the worst moments. That contract looks horrible now.

I believe they were competing with a couple of teams for him.
That's why that number got up there. It came out when he signed.

The most rec yards Hill has had in one game is 63. And alot of his receiving yards are out of the backfield.

I thought so as well, especially after his 1st season as TE looked promising, but since its been zero progression and 3 straight years of underwhelming to disappointing play!
2022: 42-of-65 / 508 (16th) / 12.1avg / 7TD
2023: 37-of-59 / 368 (26th) / 9.9avg / 4TD
2024: 50-of-66 / 548 (15th) / 11.0avg / 3TD
2025: 26-of-37 / 236 (11th) / 9.1avg / 1TD

-33.4 yards per game average
-68.3% catch rate
-0 games with 100 yards receiving
-2 multiple TD games, 2 is career high both in 2022 his first year as TE
-8 receptions on 12 targets for 90 yards are all career single game highs, and that was in the same game.
-17th average rank in yards looks good on paper, but they feel hollow because they do not come in key situations.
