You know what's missing from the modern NFL?

A good old coaching tirade. In the 90s to 2000s they had some classic ones.

Bill Cahallan"s We got to be the dumbest team in America
Dennis Green's The Bears are who we thought they were.
I'm sure I'm missing a few more. I can't remember a good one the last 5-10 years.
Occasional tirades are good because they are funny and relatable(we've all had bad days at work). And it shows that the coaches have some kind characters. Modern coaches are too robotic.

I feel like Jim Harbaugh will go crazy in a press conference at some point.

Too many games means coaches will not even attempt to win on a given week because it doesn't matter in the grand scheme. And that's not even touching on tanking for top picks.

Stuff that comes from upstairs… everyone that fills in the gaps between the owner, GM, and head coach (back in the day wasn’t Al Davis all 3? Jerry Jones might be the last owner to be 2 of the 3)

All we ever get is bland worthless coachspeak now. I keep trying to tell the Rant to stop parsing Brian Kelly’s pressers bc it’s meaningless. No coach wants to say anything slightly controversial or revealing.
