They could’ve let Kamara walk and would have saved like $25 mil against the cap. Instead they gave him a healthy extension that was worth more than his recent production, which imo likely to not be traded

We are a small market team and there are just some guys that will be lifers unless they request to be traded. Kamara and Cam are those guys. I’m fine letting them play their careers here.

100%. Not many professional athletes left that still have that mentality, especially players that have made a difference throughout their careers. If they don’t want to go anywhere the Saints should definitely show a little loyalty and let them remain.

With his age and contract we are MAYBE getting a 4th. AK41 is worth more than another late round draft pick. Factor in the need for the organization to build respect back with the players after the last 5 years, if he doesn’t want to be traded we shouldn’t trade him.
