Maybe she should spend her energy drafting a bill that would fix health insurance

Hate to say it, but if health premiums double while the Republican's are in charge of the White House, House and Senate, they will be completely and utterly wiped out in 2026 and 2028.

Ding ding ding! Welfare initiatives are always a one way street. Better get used to it. Cuts won’t be made, ever. They will collapse the dollar first.

Should have not went on a spending spree giving away taxpayer funded healthcare at no charge to illegals.

She understands that those tax credits have only been in place for a few years and were set to expire at the end of this year, right?

Sounds like more of a war against high costs of insurance, which everyone should be at war with. Obamacare sucks so give us another option. Make a law, lawmakers.

I appreciate her awakening. She's speaking for the common folk that aren't brainwashed into R and D and see the bigger battle of corporatism vs common folk. Look at power costs, too. AI data centers are jacking up consumption and we are paying the difference, not the multi billionaire corporations. Yet that train has no breaks because AI is basically propping our entire economy right now. It's all fricked.

Cut them out and blacks will rampage with Dem leaders urging them on. This is a known fact and we are held hostage by this fact.

Like making "health" insurance illegal outside of end of life care and for protection against extreme illness and hospitalization - what it was originally designed for, not for prescriptions and blood tests.

There is no good way to fix it. Healthcare is expensive and every system has pros and cons. The free market just doesn’t work in healthcare and there are issues with National Healthcare also. There is no “fix”. Pick your poison.

Because the fee market has losers and people can't stomach losers in a free market healthcare system.

Fundamentally when emergency rooms are forced to take in patients the free market is over.

And you understand that if those tax credits are done away with, then the dems will gain control the House in 2026 and the Senate and Presidency in 2028, right?

None of them care if we have affordable HC on not.

Taxes and insurance far and exceed my HC costs.

Doctors and hospitals are most of the problem.

Health insurance is nothing but a loan. You make payments to an account, as in a pre-paid "build your credit" debit card, except this account is pooled with others.

For the rest of your life, like taxes, you just keep on paying.

Meanwhile, they are laughing it up in DC at the ignorance of the people they serve!!

Shes not wrong here.

Once you give people entitlements, youre not getting them back. Its too late and would cause a mid term blood bath.

Republicans will screw up the midterms.

Are you okay with people not getting any healthcare because they are poor? This includes kids. Or should there be government programs for that like there are for food.

Yes it does; we just haven’t tried it. But the parts of healthcare that are out of government interference are working great. Cosmetic surgery is becoming more and more available and less expensive. The problem with healthcare costs is that the government is interfering and flooding that sector with money. Just as in higher education, these government subsidies cause the prices to inflate.

There should be no government programs other than vouchers for health insurance for the very poor.
