Go see it. It's astonishing how huge that project is. There's probably a couple thousand bulldozers and backhoes working. God only knows how many trucks. The site itself is about four miles long and a half mile wide. There's hangars all over the place. Everything about this is enormous. I've been working around stuff like this for decades and I've never seen anything of this scale. Especially not happening this fast.

Hopefully they will hire locals to mow the grass and keep the bathrooms clean.

A poster, showed a youtube video about a data center being built in Texas.

They were a 1/4 way through the projected and spent 77 Million dollars.
Scrapped it to build another one 4xbigger.

I believe this is crazy. I dont understand why they have to use water for cooling. They can use something else. It isnt like they dont have the money.

With these data centers built, they should have their own power infrastructure. Because its going to raise the rates of citizens all around.

These are some of the biggest companies in the world.
They have the money for this.

What kind of roads and infrastructure is surrounding the site? That’s an amazing amount of equipment to be hauling into that part of the state.

The enormous data centers are the price that must be paid so that AI can do my child's homework for free.

You should see all those dump trucks parked nightly at hotel parking lots in West Monroe. You would think there is some type of dump truck convention going on here in Monroe/West Monroe.

Thank you to Meta for paying for 2 new power generators that Entergy customers will not have to foot the bill for.

There are youtube videos about all the earthwork and the giant earthmovers that run around like ants out there.

It's a massive project.
