I use mostly French Truck or Flamjeaux, which is roasted by a lady in Mandeville. I make espresso with mine so it's always a light or medium roast and ideally will have been roasted in the last 2-4 weeks.

Doesn't taste anything close to caramel, same with any of their other flavored pods. Stormio, Melozzio, Intenso...especially the caffeine boosted versions are pretty decent.
