I wouod be on the phone with the Giants right now after they just lost Malik Nabers to a torn ACL. He’d give them a #1 option. I’m just done with Olave and his quitting on plays. Give me a 2nd round pick and Ill gladly hand over Olave.

The Giants are not giving anyone a 2nd round pick for a WR, much less one that's worth a 4th at best

I think a 2nd rd pick may be a bit optimistic. Concussion history & not very good film through 4 games this season, I think a 3rd is more likely, or something like a ‘26 4th & ‘27 4th. I’d take either.
Honestly I’d take a 5th just to move on from the salary, even though a 5th likely would not replace his production in 24 or what we’re seeing so far this season

This dumbass ...I mean genius thinks the chiefs should give the Saints a first for Olave

Expert speculates that Chiefs might trade first-round pick to Saints for Chris Olave

Yes, he’s terrible, injury prone, at times lacks efforts, is due a large salary next year; and saints fans are the only ones that see it so we’ll definitely get top value for him

Let us know when anyone other than the Cleveland Mud Hens offers something for him.

I wanted to trade this guy 3 years ago and was told I was dumb. What changed? He's sucked the entire time he's been here.

Same here, BEEN saying that he is not a WR1 and that we needed to trade him. You absolutely can NOT give him a 25-30 mil/yr contract……which is what he will want

Yea let’s get a 5th back for our number one receiver when we just traded what will amount to a bottom 3rd rounder for the Broncos 5th receiver.

And this got upvotes lol.

Optics of that would be bad, but in reality, Olave isn't a 1 and he's not worth a half eaten shoelace. A 5th to get rid of him and make sure Mickey doesn't pay him (he just paid Chase Young 18 mil a year after sucking for 6 straight years), would be a win.

Sounds like Olave isn’t the problem. Loomis is. Where was Vele today btw? He was active.

Olave is under contract next year, no reason to to trade him now unless it’s a first or a second and additional picks.

Like I said, we just gave up what will be pretty much be a bottom 3rd rounder for the broncos 5th receiver.

Dude refuses to work when a play breaks down at the line and Rattler is running for his life. Help the team a little, Chris.

2024: 32rec/400yrd/1TD
2025: 26rec/185yrd/1TD translates to pace roughly 100rec/750yrd/4TD. Just because he’s our “#1” does not mean he’s good enough or even a true 1. Agreeing to pay $15.6M for that kind of production is exactly the kinds of decisions that have us at 0-4! We could take that salary and use it to at least replace a few depth pieces, plus the draft and/or player compensation

He’s controllable for this season and next at a reasonable cost, that is attractive to a team. Without even getting into his age and production. I think you can get a 2 from a contender. It’ll be a low 2 but a 2 nonetheless

Exactly. He's not worth what he'll want to be paid even if you ignore the very real possibility of another concussion completely derailing him. Dudes like Christian Kirk and Calvin Ridley are going for over 20 mil per year, he's not gonna want less than that.
