Today, your FBI took another step in its promise of full accountability. For far too long, previous corrupt leadership and their enablers weaponized federal law enforcement, damaging once proud institutions and severely eroding public trust. Every day, we continue the fight to earn that trust back, and under my leadership, this FBI will confront the problem head-on.

Nowhere was this politicization of law enforcement more blatant than during the Russiagate hoax, a disgraceful chapter in history we continue to investigate and expose.

Everyone, especially those in positions of power, will be held to account - no matter their perch.

No one is above the law.

Yep, just like all the people who got prosecuted during the Epstein investigations. I won’t hold my breath.

I saw a video of Obama and Michelle getting onto a yacht the other day and Obama did not look good.. I’m trying to find the video but when he got onto the massive yacht he walked off by himself and sat by himself staring at the sky for a couple of hours while everybody else on the yacht was having a good time partying

He'll fall back on presidential immunity but after what they did to Trump - I don't really give a shyt.

if this is presidential immunity, that only applies for the term... and obviously doesn't cover treason.

What a poser. He can brag about Comey but then deflects and says the women trafficked in the Epstein case aren’t credible.

The women who were trafficked and raped deserve justice too. If no one else was involved then why is Maxwell is jail?!? Release the Epstein files. NOW.

Why? He’ll show up for a summons.

Save the taxpayers money.

Trump v. United States, 603 U.S. 593 (2024)
quote:

Held: Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts.
Obama was probably thanking him for that during that convo for Jimmy Carter's funeral.

But the legal definition of that is so incredibly narrow as to make it virtually impossible to charge. That's why all the spies get charged with violating espionage acts or some other lesser crime.

What Obama did from 2016-2020 behind the scenes was not official acts

It was Spielberg's yacht and Barry and Michelle both arrived separately and stayed on opposite ends of the boat, never interacting with each other.

He should just come out of the closet and announce that he's gay. Think of the progress he could do for homosexual acceptance.
