10 years after the last one was built it still looks fresh and modern today (IMO). And I bet in 10 more years it will still look good.

Any LR4 owners here? I have long wanted one for a bird hunting vehicle.

In the same realm as the PT Cruiser? Yes.

Ten years from now it’ll still look… exactly the same stranded on the side of the road, hood popped, waiting for a tow.

Mechanics love that design. Means college tuition for their children.

It's as timeless as that old German moccasin - the Wallabee. Come to think of it - they resemble each other.

We wore those in the 70s.
It would get so hot in the summer the soles would stick to the asphalt.

I like them.

And they were more reliable than the LR3, which itself was far more reliable than the old Discovery. That's not to say any of them were worth a darn but the LR4 is probably one of the best vehicles JLR put out.

That curry smelling, rolling breakdown wishes it was this.

Had a friend in college with one.

He’d always tell girls he had a Land Rover and they’d eat it up.

Problem was there wasn’t a Land Rover dealership in Tuscaloosa so it was almost invariably broken down behind the fraternity house so he’d always need to borrow a car or have the girl pick him up to go out.

He’d come back from semester break with it working and within a month something would be wrong.

I’ll never, ever own one even as a tax write off.
