No. 4 LSU (4-0, 1-0 in SEC) travels to Oxford this Saturday to face No. 13 Ole Miss (4-0, 1-0) in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. The game kicks off at 2:30pm CT and will be televised on ABC.

This will be the 114th meeting between the two schools. LSU leads the series 66-43-4. The schools have split the last four meetings. LINK to Series History

LSU is coming off a comfortable 56-10 home win over Southeastern Louisiana, while Ole Miss rolled past Tulane 45-10 last weekend.

Ole Miss is favored by 2.5 points. The over/under is 55.5 points.

Press Conference Tidbits:
- Injury Update: West Weeks is probable...Trey'Dez Green will play...Caden Durham is day to day, and will be monitored throughout the week before a decision is made, but he is likely available...Gabe Reliford has a shoulder injury and is out this week, and may have surgery.

- LSU will be without offensive lineman DJ Chester for the first half against Ole Miss next weekend due to a targeting penalty he made during the Southeastern LA. Chester is the main backup at all the positions. For the first half, Braden Augustus will be the backup center and Carius Curne will be the backup tackle.

- Ole Miss plays up-tempo on offense, so the LSU defense will need quickly line up every play.

Only thing I've heard that i didnt like was about Weston Davis and the RT spot

Said its not up for grabs and Weston Davis has done a good job.

Know you dont wanna throw a player under the bus but Weston Davis has been a complete liability at RT.

So you want the coach to say he sucks and his backup sucks?

The LG position has been a battle all camp and even 4 games into the season with Mubenga and Echols. I would like something similar with the RT position.

I just want someone else to get PT at RT before Nuss get injured due to it. Weston Davis has struggled against every single team this year, even against weaker competition.

Interesting because Chester had just come for WDavis and got ejected shortly thereafter. I assumed the coaches were putting someone in that could handle the twist stunts that were killing WD.

I think Kelly's trying to make it to the bye and then re-assess the RT position. We can't go 5 weeks with Davis as our worst player on offense every week.

Clemson was not the big win we thought it was and Florida is also a really bad team. I’m sorry to burst everyone’s bubble but ole miss is going to give LSU an L. Our offense isn’t there this year. Still hoping for a great season but let’s be realistic people. Expectations are too high this year for a team with average offense.

That tells you everything yall need to know about the pathetic and pitiful condition of the OL!

BK9.9 and Sylvester both share 50/50 blame.

Yall betta be Hopin and Prayin and Wishin that nothing happens to Braelin Moore! (Particularly in the first half)

I wouldn’t predict a loss, but it’ll be a tough game. We better be prepared…

Ole Miss ain’t all that. Have yall watched them play this year?? LSU wins this game. Our defense is elite and 100% equipped to shut them down. They aren’t elite anywhere on offense. As they were in the past. Their defense is decent. I’m taking the under and LSU mL.

all your posts are garbage. youre usually wrong about everything...what does bk9.9 even mean..whatever it means is pretty stupid considering your posts are all 100 percent downvotes.

yall act like they are world beaters. they've played the two worst teams in the conference and barely squeaked by. I have a hard time thinking that Ole miss is better than they were last year and that we are worse than last year. we held them in check on offense last year and they aren't nearly as good as they were last year.

I beleive our offense will have a good game, nuss has more zip on the ball now then he did in the first three games. I think the defense will win the turnover battle. I think we can run it enough to keep them honest considering they have a run defense ranked 100 in the nation.
I think we will be able to run the ball with zavion and jujaun Johnson.
I think we will have some screens dialed up for Harlem berry. hes a big play waiting to happen.

there will be some packages with jujaun Johnson this week and I think he may throw the ball after a toss or direct snap.
I think we cut down on the number of receivers that play and we just get the ball to the guys who havent been dropping balls.
I think we can move the pocket and use some max protect to keep nuss clean. if the offense plays near its capability we win.

people forget that we could have easily scored more against clemson and florida than we did. the offense has gotten zero breaks . this could be the week it changes

You certainly are consistent. You must be a coaching guru.
