Matthew Dowd, the dumb mother fricker that said the bullet that hit Kirk could have come from a celebrating MAGA supporter.

quote:

Dowd slammed Kirk as "one of the most divisive, especially divisive younger figures in this, who is constantly sort of pushing this sort of hate speech or sort of aimed at certain groups. And I always go back to, hateful thoughts lead to hateful words, which then lead to hateful actions. "You can’t stop with these sort of awful thoughts you have and then saying these awful words and not expect awful actions to take place."

Would this be similar to Matthew Dowd calling MAGA supporters hateful and triggering some nut to assassinate one of them?

It’s ironic.

“But muh free speech!”

Only he can’t cite what awful things were said because if he tried to give any specific examples he’d by laughed & mocked at by everyone with a pulse.

Anyone seen Louis Farrakhan? Or Maxine Waters? Or the dork sucker Destiny?

Funny how their speech is perfectly acceptable and fine but Charlie telling kids to stay in school & not be a terrible person was deemed hate.

These people aren’t of sound mind.

FFS, are you really gonna go there? Maybe he was talking about the kids and institutionalized government school, but the overall point is clear

Why don’t you tell me what he said then.

He was talking with a female anchorette when he said it. You might want to check the transcript.

Dowd is failing to understand that when you were once on the right you will be conditionally accepted by the left as long as you spew their propaganda.

They still hate you but you are useful to them as long as you say what they want you to say.

When you are no longer useful they don't give a shite.

See Liz Cheney, the crying guy on Jan 6 committee, etc.

What he actually said was college was a scam. Students would graduate with more debt that could never be paid off with the degree they had obtained. He also would point out how one sided the education was. For example he had a discussion once with and Economics major and asked him about Austrian Economics and the guy had no clue what he was talking about. All his education was based on the Keynesian theory. As most college professors are to the left it is clear why the Austrian model is not taught.

Wrong. He said that kids should have an education that adequately prepares them to support a family and contribute to society. He said that a lot of college degrees do not actually help with upward mobility as kids graduate with a lot more debt than they can repay. He encouraged young people to consider skilled trades when making decisions about postsecondary education.

And that's pretty much the same message Mike Rowe broadcasts. Charlie interviewed Mike this summer. Fewer kids would get ripped off and more would contribute to society. How is this idea controversial?

I know a lot of people close to him and they all have one guiding sense of morality: whatever they think that day and can justify in their mind.

I know this for a fact. The shortage of competent welders in this country is very real.

We pay good money to acquire average talent at best.

I had 4 great combination hands (capable of welding multiple processes) who were ASME qualified about 15 years ago. Two have died and the other two retired.
We have replaced that talent with 10 people...and they are lacking. Very sad.
