I'll start : STZ (constellation Brands) in a landslide for me. Bought way high and kept buying from around 200. Averaged down when WB bought thinking this would right the ship. Well finally gave up about a week ago since needed something to counter the gains and this was the perfect candidate. What you got that has given heartburn?

I’m taking an absolute bath on Metaplanet (MTPLF). Down about 40% on a fairly large (for me) position.

Biggest loser is SAVA, I had all the belief in the world and was up, a lot, for a while. But, held it all the way to the bottom, even trying to improve me DCA.

Lost probably 80K.

Too many losers to mention over the past few years. LAC, TLRY were both bad bad (exited both). Dabbled on ORGN but didnt lose much.

I'm all green on my positions right now because I have a good/bad habit of cutting losers early, but OKE has been taking a beating since November. Should've sold when it hit $110

OKE

Own that one as well but got in at about 78. Not really worried on this one. Pays a nice Div while waiting for the rebound. If it drops below 70 will load up more .

I dumped about 30k into AUPH over 7.5 years. I exited around 27k

I made some on covered calls. Probably lost 1.5k over a roaring bull market period.

I dumped about $10k into ARKK back in the spring of 2021. I was new to trading and fell for the Cathie Wood hype. Think I exited about a year later and took about a 40% hit.

That was a timing issue of which most of us suffered greatly.

I sort of got away from myself (I’m an Indexer) and bought some individual stuff that I regret.

ARKK was one. NIO was another. I managed to convince myself that MORT was a good long play because mortgage rates were low at the time and the risk of default/instability was thereby low as well. That REIT has sucked.

Fortunately; stop loss orders limited the bleeding to around a 25%. In retrospect, l probably needed it to bring me back into focus on Indexing.

The only individual stock I currently own is MO. A well proven dividend stock that just keeps paying me every quarter.
