Those Of You Saying The Text Messages Seem Staged... What Are You Implying?

Are you suggesting these text messages, along with other evidence, are planted as part of a cover story?
Because Robinson was acting as an agent for someone or some organization?
Because he is being framed, either in an attempt to help bolster the case against him to ensure guilt for a guilty man or in an attempt to cover for someone else?
What are your suspicions?

To try to absolve his boyfriend of any accessory charges. I don't think it really goes deeper than that as far as the why. But I do think Twiggs will end up getting caught in this too.

That the gay boyfriend knew what was going on the whole time. The texts are cover to protect him so that he can say "I never knew! I just learned about it with the texts!"

That it's obvious that Robinson and the tranny talked a lot about how much Kirk needed to die.

So, maybe some people that are familiar with law can help me out here…and I need a better answer than “just to frame him or make him look bad.”
If these texts are fake and they were allowed to be read in court, isn’t that illegal? Why would this be allowed in the arraignment if these are just fake and made up?
Again, I need a better explanation than “he’s being framed.”
I’ll leave the 1994 quote from Ellis Boyd “Red” Redding……“Everyone in here is innocent, don’t you know that?” just to counter the “framed” argument.

I think the assumption is that they were staged to make the tranny seem like he knew nothing.
Some are saying the "script" was the thing under the keyboard.
I dunno, personally.

Not that he's being framed. They verbally discussed this before the assassination and then actually texted this exchange after, in order to make it seem like the tranny furry had no prior knowledge his bf was going to kill Charlie Kirk.

You'd think if they watched a lot of TV they would know to wear gloves and use a ghost gun.

That’s what most people I see are basically saying. It’s not deeper than that.

To ensure his complete assistance and cooperation in securing guilt for Robinson and tying this off neatly. Yes?

Well, the bf knew he was engraving bullets. Wouldn’t basic human curiosity ask why?

Walsh is suggesting Robinson and transgender person cooked up those text messages to make it appear that transgender person was innocent. Walsh is not suggesting the FBI faked the texts

That the tranny knew in advance and that the texts are calculated to protect him.

Its a CYA convo to create an alibi for the boyfriend

It can be prosecutorial misconduct if it is manufactured and used to aid a conviction.
Who would do this?
The Utah DA?
The DOJ?
Did someone manufacture this and leave it to be "discovered" by the Utah DA? Did the DOJ "discover" this and turn it over to the Utah DA?
