They did, and ruled that hate speech is protected - as long as it's not defamatory, discriminatory, or incites violence.
I've had a wait and see attitude about Bondi, but she hasn't impressed me and now she absolutely shite the bed with this. So unnecessary to say this.

You are free to say a lot and not be arrested. That doesn’t mean freedom from consequences by society and your employer. Pam needs to let society handle it barring credible threats.
