Bringing 2 teenage grandsons to the game and looking for fun place to take them to eat tonight. My normal favorite places are Parrains or Mike Anderson's, but think my grandsons would prefer a different environment. Also, we will get to BR around 7pm and don't think we could get in either of those. Any recommendations for a good place to go is appreciated. Also, would like a good lunch place on Saturday. Thanks.

TJ Ribbs is pretty good if they have never been there before, there is a lot of LSU memorabilia, Cannon Heisman Trophy, Shaq shoe and a bunch of pics from times gone by. The Chimes is a good place as well.
My favorite is Texas de Brazil, I eat way too much and end up with the meat sweats.

My favorite restaurant in town is French Market Bistro

Then I’d hit George’s for lunch

Burgersmith on Perkins.

Good burger brought to you by a nice young LSU student.

I came to say this. Eclectic environment which seems to suit the younger generation. plus food is top notch.

You all will not be disappointed with any of the recommendations already made, my favorite is Sammy's. Have fun, those boys will have the memories forever.

Teenagers: Chimes or Walk Ons will have the best environment with games in the background and young crowd.

if the Chimes is packed (which it should be) the Varsity has a limited menu with places to sit.
