Does his forward facing handling of the Charlie Kirk case help propel him to national prominence? He's in his second term so he can't run here again.

Oh and he's mentioned the Death penalty here in Utah. What he's not said is we still have the firing squad.

If this is too politically, mods please move it to the poly board....

I'd vote for one over AOC or Newsome.

Why not?

BTW, I'm not LDS.

How much do you know about Mormon theology? Do some reading and research. It's some wacky stuff! Very cultish.

Just a very quick example, they believe babies are spirits floating around out in the universe in need of bodies. So that's why Mormons are encouraged to have tons of babies, to give bodies to those floating spirits. Book of Mormon is like badly written science fiction.

Never seen the guy before this happened, but seeing him speak a couple times now, I like him. Articulate, straight forward, speaks well.

If he did run and win, my perpetual middle school brain would probably laugh like Beavis & Butthead every time I heard President Cox.

Romneys are big in the Mormon hierarchy. Regardless of where they're from, they are highly influential wherever there are Mormons.

I don’t have a big problem with the Mormon part. Biden was Catholic and had no problem killing babies. So I know politicians are pragmatic. We don’t need a Joel Olsteen stooge running.

I like the guy. I think k he has shown skills. Getting elected takes skills.
