How many of you have attempted growing super hots? And if so, ever tried the Chocolate Primotalii? It makes the ordinary ghost pepper taste like a bell pepper.

Why not just buy the Bell Pepper then?

Some are delicious but the problem is 99% people don’t have the heat tolerance to eat peppers so hot. See Johnny Scoville’s YouTube channel, he nonchalantly eat super hots and describe their flavors.

Chocolate Primotalii is mega hot but has a good flavor

I grow scorpions, habaneros, and reapers.

I use them to make homemade sauces though I don't really eat them straight that often.

The world is filled with delicious things. I’ve yet to hear any super hot described as having a flavor I couldn’t find somewhere else without the giant capsaicin gate.

Like hot/spicy but not enough to grow such peppers. Do grow shishitos every year.

I've been researching growing Serrano and Scotch Bonnet peppers. I love jerk dishes and vindaloo. Going to start next year as we just moved into our new house and we have significant room for a garden.

I grow bell peppers, banana peppers, Jalopeno peppers, poblano peppers, and Tabasco peppers. Most I just freeze and use conventionally to add to flavor. I will pickle some of the Jalopenos and banana peppers. The Poblano's and Jalopeno's get stuffed.

I put up the Tabasco peppers with garlic, salt, sugar, and vinegar, and set them in a dark cabinet for a year or so. They are incredible in any kind of soup, sauce piquant or gumbo. And it doesn't take much either...

I don't get into the super-hot peppers. It's not a contest with me. More about overall flavor. YMMV.

Don’t grow super hots. Typically grow exotic peppers that are hard/impossible to find commercially.

Probably my favorite is the lemon drop pepper.

I grow a lot of super hots, make hot sauce out of all of them. I currently have about 30 plants of the following: Reapers (red, yellow, mustard, chocolate), 7-pot primos, scorpions, death spirals, chocolate primotalis, T-Rex, orange embers, and a few more super hots. I love the heat, it hurts so good

I grow hotter than normal types almost every summer. Right now I have peppers from mild to hot in Bell Peppers, Jalapeno, Habanero and Ghost Peppers.

I've also grown Butch T-Trinidad Scorpions and Reapers a few times.

I use them to make my own hot sauces, dried pepper flakes, pickled peppers and pepper jelly.
