The Constant Battle

The first excerpt from 107 Days

By Kamala Harris

quote:

EXCLUSIVE: Joe Biden’s decision to run for reelection in 2024 “wasn’t a choice that should have been left to an individual’s ego, an individual’s ambition,” @KamalaHarris writes in her forthcoming memoir. “It should have been more than a personal decision.”

quote:

Editor’s Note: The biggest surprise in Kamala Harris’s forthcoming account of her rough-and-ready, intense, and absurdly condensed campaign for president, 107 Days, may be that it is filled with surprises. I read it last week, expecting lawyerly calibration and discretion. This careful Harris is present, but so too is another Harris: blunt, knowing, fervent, occasionally profane, slyly funny. As you will see in the following excerpt—and throughout this newsworthy book—she no longer seems particularly interested in holding back.

107 Days begins with the events of July 21, 2024, the very late date on which Joe Biden told his vice president, and the world, that he would exit the presidential race. The chapter below details the events of July 24, as well as some of Harris’s acute observations about the absurdity and unprecedented nature of that political moment. 107 Days will be released by Simon & Schuster on September 23.

I seem to recall seeing some chatter earlier in the year that Biden aides are ready to unload if she does this.

Rips? Hardly. She kisses the arse of Biden and his administration while still painting herself and her policies as collateral damage.

Are we really supposed to pretend they were engaged in real meaningful rational discussions about this stuff and Joe was actually involved in it (or even her)?

August 2024:
quote:

The vice president and 2024 Democratic presidential candidate was asked by CNN whether she has any regrets about defending Biden's mental acuity amid a firestorm of skepticism following the first presidential debate. "No, not at all," Harris told CNN reporter Dana Bash.

quote:

We have a very bold and vibrant president in Joe Biden," Harris told "Good Morning America" in February amid concerns about Biden’s health. Also in February, Harris insisted, "Our president is in good shape, in good health, and is ready to lead in our second term."

quote:

"Joe Biden is gonna be fine," the vice president assured the public in September 2023.

She is desperate to keep her grift going and just can't come to terms with the fact that it's over.

Reads like a whiny press release. Obviously ghost written with extra self martyrdom

It has been confirmed by Mark Halperin-- that Kamala is a horrific leader and was horrid at decision making. This is why cackle laugh is a loser.

Her extreme left idealogue masking as maybe a center leftist was so astoundingly fake...no way she could run for dog catcher now.

Equally as horrible as Biden. The days of Obama's hypotized "Yes We Can" full bravado of fake will no longer be accepted-- from even a lawyer woman in a pantsuit.

Authenticity is key. Halperin gets this. The democrats don't and never will...

Also: There is no way Kamala truly wrote these words. A ghost writer with eloquent writing skills and a brain was used.

“ During all those months of growing panic, should I have told Joe to consider not running? Perhaps. But the American people had chosen him before in the same matchup. Maybe he was right to believe that they would do so again.

He was, by some measures, the most consistently underestimated man in Washington. He’d been right about his tactics for pushing his agenda through a resistant Congress.

It was just possible he was right about this, too.”

There it is in black & white. Zero concern about his manual capacity for the job and only focus is on their side winning power.
