This is why people hate the left.
Ruling goes against them? “Not the final say.”
Ruling goes their way? “Issue is permanently settled.”

Is defying the courts fascism or not?
I feel like the Dems are more confused on this than what constitutes a touchdown catch

We are a country founded on a constitution. The courts interpret the law. The ruling what set on our laws.

If the court was 5-4 Kentajis ruling that the 2nd A doesn’t apply to individual citizens and that whites using the N word is criminal, Padilla would say it’s the final say.

Padilla is a Newsom appointee. What a clown.

People of every stripe get detained daily by some type of law enforcement, some even get charged. In the end, the guilty are "sentenced" and the innocents go free. In these cases most are either sent home, to Alligator Alcatraz, or to a 3rd world hole in the globe.
The name to Department of War was intentional for we are in one. The domestics who failed will be dealt with soon enough.

If he's refusing to uphold the constitution like he swore he would then it's time to remove his arse

They honestly believe this term "racism" is the end all be all trump card. It isn't. When will they ever learn?

I encourage Alex to get in the way of ICE when they are making arrests.

They are very hyped up for court stacking. They will probably try that when they get back to power.

Racial profiling is common sense.

If the vast majority of illegals in certain areas are of Mexican or Central American origin then it’s impossible to enforce immigration laws without some sort of way of identifying them.
This is what the radical leftists want.

Sounds insurrectiony to me.

Yep, just like voters, no ID needed.

They are going to appeal to the Supremer Court.
