This same dynamic would happen if Trump sent NG to NOLA.
Whites from old money areas (draconian sanctions and VOR are both old money) would flock to protest, while the actual blacks in the city don’t see the problem

Old money is just making sure they keep an eye on their great great great great grand pappy’s investment in manual farm equipment. You can’t have it getting all uppity by giving them a taste of the finer things in life like low crime and safe neighborhoods. Next thing you know they’ll be wanting to think for themselves

Where would blacks be without white female Liberal Arts majors to save them from the horrors of the Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben logos and Cleveland Indians team names? It's incalculable how much better blacks' station in life has improved since these horrors have been addressed.

New Orleans: Driving thru Up Town N.O. during last the last presidential election, biden signs were everywhere. Especially in front of all those "mansions". Up Town N.O. is the bastion of liberalism in the City.
