Not sure what LSU/Clemson game this writer watched...or maybe they didn't watch it at all.

Wtf is he talking about? They were the favorite, at home. We have 5 new O lineman and new guys all over the defense, we will continue to get better.

Alabama has officially lost its mojo, LSU has lost its voodoo since 2019, and Texas has temporarily lost its inheritance (sorry, Arch, it’s too easy). Georgia has been very un-Georgia the last two seasons, and the next time Florida, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Tennessee or Oklahoma win a game of significance (not against each other) will be the first time in years.

so Free Shoes University and Clempson are supposed to save the conference?

That was in fact a beatdown.

Not remotely close. LSU basically put little brother in a chokehold for four quarters.

Florida State and Clemson are SEC schools. They look the part, they play the part. Everything they do screams SEC big boy football.

Sure, keep telling yerself that.

This is like when West Virginia thought they proved they deserved to be in the SEC when they lost to LSU by 4 TDs at home.

Maybe some one should let him know that since the beginning of the 2021 season that Clemson is 3-7 against the SEC teams and 37-8 against non-SEC teams?

Yeah, this dude needs to pump the breaks. The SEC is just fine as it is, and is not "falling behind" the Big 10. Yes, Ohio State is very good at football--they are the defending national champions, and just beat Texas (at home, by one score, in a game in which they were significantly outgained). But the SEC has ten (!) teams currently in the top 25, compared to six for the Big 10. They are also favored in both of the remaining matchups between the conferences (Oklahoma-Michigan and Alabama-Wisconsin), though of course we'll have to see how those play out. So "OMG, we'd better grab Clemson and FSU before the Big 10 leaves us in the dust!" seems like a pretty dubious take.

LSU dominated Clemson and the margin of victory should have been greater.

I like how he just comes right out and says that SEC is big boy football in which implies that the ACC is not big boy football

losing by 7, NEARLY losing by 10-17, is the new definition of Clemsoning.

Yeah, nothing says "we're comparable to an SEC team" like being held to 31 rushing yards, 10 points and losing a game at home you were favored to win.

And three of those points were gifted by a fumble. In another universe they would have lost by over three touchdowns.

Besides the writer being a raging retard, Clemson and FSU are the next two teams i would want added to the SEC should it expand again. Not that I want the SEC to expand again, but it seems college football is heading to a superconference system. So yea, frick that guy.

It read like the writer would get paid a commission if they move to the SEC.
