Charges $100 a pop - Sometimes painting 10-15 a day in one neighborhood
I think it's brilliant - He said they just eat it up whenever he arrives at a big neighborhood

He usually averages about 5 a day but sometimes he will get with the HOA and tell them when he is going to be in the neighborhood and they send an email out to everybody in the neighborhood if they want to get on the list. He said the most he has done in one day is 15
He only uses 2 different grits of sandpaper, some kind of special black paint and a few shiny colors for the numbers - that's about as low overhead as you can get lol

He's probably got a van or trailer setup, and the work down to a science. I'd say he's got each one down to under an hour

It's called a SIDE HUSTLE. He is not becoming filthy rich off it. He's just making a few extra bucks on the side but it has turned into somewhat a full time job for him.
