Good for Bama economy, i would assume.

Is the Alabama football dynasty over?

They had like a 15 year run?

The look on their head coach's face Saturday during the 4th Q sure did look like it. You can recruit all that talent, but you need a head coach and staff to help it all come together. Saban could do that.

Texas A&M with all their recruits ever since they decided to get serious in football...only to keep going 8-4.

Bama's Dynasty is eternal, Titles in 25, 26, 30, 34, 41, 61, 64, 65, 73, 78, 79 92, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2017 and 2020, and were the only undefeated and untied team in 1966 but the AP & UPI gave the title to Notre Dame who had a 10-10 tie with Mich. St. eve though Bama started the season #1 that is why I count 1941.

So, Bama never has bad runs, just bad seasons every once in a while, even Shula and Dubose won 10 games in a season.

PS even though I was born in Tuscaloosa I have not watched CFB in 5 or 6 years I am an NFL guy, its a much better product since they allowed the hurry up offenses to destroy the defensive abilities.

A old school Giants fan.

What happened from 1942-1960? The 1980s? And don’t lie. 1996-2000s was absolutely painful for Bama fans watching three other SEC schools win Nattys while the program was in the toilet.

Why is he doing this? It might be a good thing, but what is the reason?

Maybe he likes the Bama government vs the Colorado government

I know if I were president, I’d use the same biases at every turn to try and neutralize 50 years of blue state dominance

Doesn't seem to make good sense when you think about the Air Force Academy being next door to the Space Force. Also, you will probably lose a lot of conservative voters from Colorado when they all drag up.

But Hunstville has NASA, so maybe it's a wash.

I wonder how that will affect the contractors that work at Michoud or Stennis.

He should just move it to Stennis. That way you have a hub on the Gulf Coast and lots of land to develop.

it doesn't have much to do with air force. it's all missile defense related. Huntsville is where the majority of missile defense technology, infrastructure and personnel live. Colorado Springs is the other hotbed. So it's always been between these two locations. Huntsville was the better choice but politics derailed logical reasoning as it usually does.
