The air is crisp here in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Getting down to the 50s tonight for the game. I am making chicken and sausage gumbo with some chicken wings.

Ribs, boudin and some dirty rice. Wife made a pound cake. Not sure what the friends are bringing probably burgers or chicken for the kids

I'm smoking ribs, conecuh sausage corndogs with a jalepeno hondy batter, and wings. Gonna fry the wings for a few minutes after smoking to crisp them up.
My wife sent me to the store to get something to go with the ribs. She wasn't happy when I came home with another rack of ribs.
