So says Finebaum, Mc Elroy, and every NegaTiger. No need to even play this game. The #4 vs #9 ranked teams. Even the Clemson mascot whips up on the LSU mascot.

Cautiously optimistic for Saturday but I have us going 10-2 this season with a trip rolling our way into the Semi’s worst case. And this is one of the 2 losses. If we win, oh man the hype train is gonna be awesome. Will be a Texas opener like win.

Clemson is a very good team in an average, at best, conference. Their D line is no better than the D lines we face every year in bama, Florida and A&M.

Sounds perfectly sensible to me. Pretty evenly matched teams if you just look at (useless) pre-season rankings.
So, give a slight edge to home team and move on.
That’s prolly what oddsmakers did. So, sports journalists/anslysts/commentators would do the same.
Let’s see what kinda team CBK puts in the field.
