Have safe travels. Hoping for a great game. The environment should be great.

The weather will be exceptionally nice. A late Aug game will feel like late October. 81 high and 63 lows, with less humidity than you Louisiana folks are accustomed to feeling.

Our guys should feel like they are running on pure oxygen in that weather.

Good to see it's not going to be miserably hot. We probably won't get weather like that down here for another month.

This is incredibly odd for us. Usually 90-95 this time of year. I will take it and say thanks.

Our team has been practicing in a microwave the past month, so we may have to bring oxygen tanks to Clemson with that air. We're not used to weather in the 70s.

Hoping for an instant classic on Saturday night. Good luck to Clemson the rest of the way. I have y'all winning the ACC in a futures bet.

Go early hit up "downtown area", quite small for a college town and enjoy the walk. Visit Esso club kind of a tradition for gameday, it will be wall to wall. Walk thru some of the tailgate areas. Approach some of the tailgate spots, most are very welcoming and they will have food, drinks and TV if early games. Food will be good but probably not as good as LSU. Don't listen to the haters it will very chill as long as you are decent. My wife is a UCe girl and she enjoys it as well and the ribbing will be fun in nature.
.
Yall have the Championship game win last so you have the last laugh but most will say that the Peach/Chick Fli A bowl win we had a few years earlier was the beginning of our "run" so all it good there.

Have fun, we will be in Jervey meadows which is a is a short walk from the baseball stadium and football ops building.

There is a soccer game the night before, I know most of the SEC is not into that but Clemson has a pretty good following and it is cheap and fun. If not, go to downtown Grenville is nice with Reedy falls and nice resturants all around. The Greenville Drive A ball team is downtown and the stadium is built to look like Fenway Park and they are in action Friday evening at 645. A ton of bars in the area some rooftops bars. They will be nice with the weather being good.

I’ll be staying in Salem at a relatives house. Any parking tips for the game?

Looking forward to this trip.

As you come into town on 123 and turn onto 133 there is plenty of parking as long as you get in early. A bunch of business and churches have parking probably about 50 dollars closer to doentown.

Any particular spots downtown or around campus that are the must sees visitors? That or any traditions that happen outside the stadium?

Really looking forward to the trip and thanks for the info!
