Hilariously stupid things your dog does

My wife has a chihuahua/maltese mix that looks like this…
And she very much has the chihuahua personality. I’ve seen her go nuts trying to attack dogs more 10 times her size. Zero fear in her. But today, what is she doing? She’s hiding behind the living room couch because there is a fly in the house. Yes, she is literally hiding from a common house fly.

If you catch and release a fish around my dog he will dive back into the water to retrieve it like you must be some kind of moron to let it go in the first place.
He will keep doing this until the fish eventually dies.

My girl Frenchie props herself up and just starts rubbing herself. Like some Marvin Gaye music needs to be on in the background. Or when she's close to you she reaches her paw out to swat you and make you tickle her. It's pretty hilarious.

Ive got a golden doodle that just likes to lick glass and floors. I only have to clean a fraction of the windows and floor.

My daughter’s pug will sit there sometimes just licking the air. She also has a thing about licking the couch cushions.

I have one that will catch anoles and tree frogs and bring them in the house. She has perfected the amount of force to hold them without harming them. I am forever chasing critters around the house with four dogs going nuts. After it happens I remember to look at how she is holding her mouth at the door but I soon forget and it is off to the races when we get inside.

Ours does this. They arent even really loud. She just doesn't know what the feeling is. She will take off to the other side of the room and cowers.
She also loves dragging her belly across one of the rugs and makes this groaning sound as she does it. That usually gets a chuckle from me.

My dog used to go ape shite at nature documentaries. He would prop up on the TV stand and try to eat every bug that showed up on it. Put a lion on the screen though and he would run.

We have a Shih Tzu, doesn't do anything stupid. Doesn't bark ridiculously, doesn’t chew on anything but his toys, doesn’t do much of anything but look for a lap to sleep on. Sometimes he farts himself awake but the cats do that to themselves too. Sometimes he makes little barks if he's having a dream, and if it annoys our black cat enough she'll hit him.

Have a Border Collie that is normally fairly smart but if he's sleepy he will stare at the hinge side of the door before I let him out. Dumbass.

My dog dives in as soon as she sees me set the hook. Every cast she will sit there getting more and more wound up until I catch one
