Not sure if this is a serious tweet or not but assuming it is, I’d say the fact that the guy who won our highest office ran on mass deportation so our democracy is working quite well

Paper ain't shite, you gotta have a lawyer. Law enforcement does illegal bullshite all the time. A piece of paper with your rights isn't going to save you from being detained. You can't really stop that...you got to prove them wrong after the fact in court.

Illegals DO have constitutional rights, generally speaking. But these cards mean nothing if the agent already has probable cause for an arrest and/or search. You can remain silent all you want but if I have a photo of you from a prior deportation and see you in the street, you're subject to arrest.

What? Are you changing the subject. This has nothing to do with anyone's rights being violated. NO RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED!
The morons protesting are pissed that a criminal was arrested. Arrested legally. They do not know why he was arrested. They don't know anything except someone is being arrested. They assume a whole lot and every assumption was wrong.

You must identify yourself to law enforcement in a way that can be verified. Courts have ruled that there are exceptions to the 5th Amendment. Refusing these lawful orders are arrestable offensives on their own.
