Luckily I stopped eating at cracker barrel because their prices went up and their service went to shite. Once again Im ahead of the crowd.

It's about changing the brand/business to make it more appealing to investors while totally ignoring the actual customers. As always, c-level types are incredibly detached from reality and short sighted.

But Steak and Shakes logo is way different now too. Their old one was awesome.

Only time we’ve ever eaten CB was on road trips for breakfast.
I will say they have an awesome breakfast, I get the inside rebrand, but that logo change is just plain stupid.
People should be pissed at McDonald’s, going from a fun happy place to eat to a Soviet style gray bland building.

it's just a shame every new c-level idiot thinks they need to change something for the sake of change. Sometimes people just want something from their past to remain the same for the rest of their lives.

Cracker Barrel has been trending towards BK for several years now. You think everything was just a-ok and the c-suite decided to attempt to reinvigorate their brand for no reason?
You can disagree with the direction taken, but to imply that CB was humming along just fine and out of the blue they decided to change for the sake of change makes you look dumb.
