Patient calls Gordon from ER and says “we were just in an accident. Can somebody come here and help us?” Gordon responds “of course, we are headed there right now.”

Literally an ambulance chaser.

Of course its a troll. He's laughing in our faces that people in LA actually like him, and don't see him as the jackass clown that he really is.
Its incredibly frustrating that so many people in LA cant understand how powerful and detrimental the injury attorneys have become in this state.

That's because they've been mentally trained into thinking they are one accident away from winning the lottery.

I saw that and was wondering what that fricker was going to do in the hospital...

Stooping levels for lawyers seem to have no bottoms...

In Louisiana, the accident doesn’t determine how injured you are. Instead, the applicable insurance policy determines how injured you are. More policy limits, more injury.

But the patient called Gordon. Could be for emotional support. Shame on you for jumping the gun on a caring man

Many of the bigger plaintiff atty firms have ER employees on retainer, who promptly give an atty's card to a seriously injured patient while the patient is just getting settling in the ER..

Reminds me of a great scene in “The Rainmaker”. While At the hospital trying to sign a patient in a body cast, Matt Damon says to Devito “I’m sorry. They didn’t teach us how to chase ambulances in law school”. Devito replies “You better learn or you’ll starve”.

Yep

And for most of these people a $10000 settlement done with Gordon is like winning the lottery

Cheaper to just write a $10000 check than fight it

I have worked in or around ERs for going on 8ish years and I have never seen a hospital employee give a single person a lawyer’s business card.

The hospital would promptly fire them if they even caught a whiff of that.

It must suck for people who are injured in different states since Louisiana is the only place in the country with personal injury attorneys

What about the one who holds a model brain in his hand and says (with a smile) that he’s Louisiana’s brain injury lawyer.

All I know is that he's a piece of shite. With the bible quotes? Come on man. He's a sleazy, nasty, vile piece of fricking shite that embarrasses us as a city, and embarrasses LSU for having anything to do with them.

frick Gordon, frick Spencer, frick Dudley Debosier, and all the rest of them. They're a stain on this city, state...everything.

You know how there’s a voluntary absence of most all TV advertising for hard liquor following FTC threats banning them to an audience likely to contain minors? We should do the same for PI shyster lawyer ambulance chasers.

Because who’s paying for the Katrina like deluge of TV, Radio, Billboard and Print advertising?

You are.

You are paying via increased auto insurance rates for bogus injuries insurance companies would rather settle out of court than litigate.

How much?

I would love to know the total annual spend for all forms of PI attorney advertising in Louisiana.

Governor Landry may have learned this during his freebie Texas “hunting trip” with the PI Mafia.

I’m guessing it’s a big $$$$ number for what seems to be a very lucrative scam on the general public footing the bill. PI advertising, hazardous to your financial health.

Idiot. An ambulance chaser is someone who chases ambulances to find a client. In this case, the client called him and he came. That is not an example of an ambulance chaser.

Shameful

He flies around on his jet, drives a Ferrari around Baton Rouge and then has the Gaul to claim that insurance execs are ripping people off and living large
