This is why you do NOT buy shrimps from Asia or India. Sure they are cheap. Sure they can raise them. Just no good without USA regs in place on the contaminates in the feed and water.

I tried to gather from the article whether this is what this "contamination" is about and it was clear as mud.
I honestly have no clue what this means with regard to teh possible source of this (which seems like the more relevant issue here):
