Fast Food chain Bojangles set to open first Baton Rouge area location tomorrow

Expect heavy traffic at the LA43 exit tomorrow.

The new restaurant, located at 28509 La. 43 in Livingston Parish, will open its doors on Tuesday, Aug. 19, according to the Livingston Parish Chamber of Commerce.
Bojangles has four other locations in Louisiana—one each in Duson, Monroe, Ruston and West Monroe.

Pretty good fast food chicken, very good biscuits if they are hot and fresh. Really good sweet tea. Don't dismiss pimento cheese on a chicken biscuit...it is pretty damned good.
Downside can be service...can get MOBBED during breakfast rush. The ones around us serve breakfast all day....and they sale pepsi products.

This reminds me of when Zaxby’s entered the market to “challenge” Canes. They have failed, and Bo will fail too. Popeyes reigns supreme around here and Bo will not change that.
