Small Chain out of Thibodaux, fried food/po-boys place. Their Gumbo is pretty good. I'm pretty sure Sam Cashio from Cashios catering is the owner. He also owned Western Sizzler in Thibodux.

It’s decent, consistent, fast service, and affordable. Their food isn’t going to blow pop’s or olde tyme grocery out of the water, but it’s a good lunch.

It's actually very solid for the price. Counter order catfish, shrimp, red beans and tenders etc. It's nothing amazing, but it's a very good value and solid local seafood fast. It works well for our family of 4 with the variety and I like being able to get non-fried options (red beans or étouffée)

I go to the one off Corporate in BR about once a week since it's right next to a car wash I have a membership with. Extremely solid. Blackened ranch chicken wrap is very good and so are their poboys. Their chicken tenders are better than Canes. Their fried green beans are very tasty as well. Get the blackened ranch to dip those in.

for what they aspire to be they do a solid job

Really good considering it’s fast food.

The Moreaux boys from Thibodaux own Off the Hook - Brent and Kent. Their dad used to work for the La Dept of Health in the Weights and Measures division. Apparently, one of their sons is the CEO.

They catered a business lunch for me last Thursday. The consensus of the crowd was it was solid, and we can add it to the rotation of places we order from. I'm not a huge fried seafood person, but I did taste the potato salad and it was fantastic.
