He was illegal. The fact that he was here illegally directly lead to the deaths of two innocent people and they choose to defend the illegal. These are sick individuals. How about showing some compassion for the family and friends of the victims?

They usually drop your first one to reckless operation or something similar.
Let people do pre trial diversions.
They don't throw the hammer at people unless a wreck was involved or you have had multiple arrests.

Because DAs in sanctuary cities are turning criminals loose rather than keeping them in jail where ICE can get them and deport them.
