NOPD officer accused of hiring sex workers while on duty in French Quarter

Eighth District police officer Terrance “TJ” Johnson, 56, was booked into Orleans Justice Center on Wednesday on prostitution, malfeasance in office, and injuring public records. NOPD superintendent Anne Kirkpatrick said the Public Integrity Bureau is investigating the case.
