Coach the toss dive on 4th and short, and using the Power I formation.

It’s crazy we pay oline coaches so much and they can only specialize in either pass protection or run blocking.

Never both

Maybe just hire him to prepare the team for the first game. After that, he can go to his apartment near campus.

Truth. I can remember a time when LSU could take its running game for granted. A competent passing attack was the mystery. Now it’s opposite.

can't forget this clusterfuk of clock mis-management. Gee, with .01 second left, tell the QB to "spike the ball"

Can't imagine why he's not in the Hall of Fame!!

Well that and his 3-18 record at Kansas, but still!!

After multiple attempts in my life, I can confirm it's not possible to get earwax out with pointer finger as your pointer finger is much wider than your ear hole.

Don't remember ever having Oline issues when he was here at least.

Les’ running game was not complex or sexy?
We could duplicate it schematically easily.

We simply haven’t had that type of road grading OLine to do it lately.

Les’ Oline was great/good at run blocking but if you remember they were not traditionally a great pass blocking unit. So there was an obvious trade off.

Les might have been stubborn with his offense but he was always a good OL coach

People have short memories around here.

We tried very hard to lose to a Washington team that went 5-7 in 09.

And UNC 2010 (went 8-5). Remember that derp fest? We could have blown them out and had to barely hang on at the end.

In 2013 we beat a 4-8 TCU by only 10.

Both Wisconsin games were sloppy as frick. We just came back and played a nice 2nd half in 2014 before they put one of the final nails in ole Les in 2016. He got his arse handed to him that day.

Les was great through first three seasons here and had a great 2 year resurgence in 2011 and 12. No one disputes that. He had the team ready to play to open the season and in the bowl and championship games in those early years.

But let’s not forget how that fell WAY the frick off the longer he was here. And a few of those games were against teams that weren’t even close to the USC team we played last year, much less FSU and this Clemson team.

Then you don’t remember a chunk of 2014, 2015 once the wheels fell off and his last games in 2016. Also see 2009 and early 2010.

Again, the selective rosy memories here are really something.

frickin hilarious man, this is way better than the last 62,946 times these thoughts were shared

I’m just surprised you didn’t find a way to throw 350 in there somewhere

This place is so stale during this time of year. I shouldn’t be raging out over something as trivial as this, yet here I am
