Got the exact same text.....
had to give them my DOB SS# address and routing number to my bank account and account information to my 401k , but thankfully i wont "be transferred to a toll booth"
however, my text has a (+62) area code....which is indonesia. DMV is outsourcing ......

To be fair, OMV and traffic enforcement in Louisiana are basically scams, so you can’t fault actual scammers for trying
