Took it to all star Ford in denham and they kept for 3 days before they said they couldn't replicate the issue. Get it back today and already having the same issue again. Any good ford dealer for warranty work?

They should all do warranty work.

I don't have any complaints with Hollingsworth Richards. I had to get my differential rebuilt. Robinson Brothers wouldn't even look at it because they thought it might be transmission related and they had a 3 to 4 month backlog. HR had it diagnosed in 2 days and fixed in 1.5 weeks, most of which was waiting on parts to be delivered.

What’s the issue? Robinson couldn’t get my 10 speed transmission right. Got rid of the truck. Totally soured me on Ford after many years of ownership.

All star said they couldnt replicate the problem I had where the instrument cluster would go out. I plugged in my code reader and got the error code in 5 min. Doesn't even seem like they tried. I have a U0155 Code. It's losing communication with the instrument panel.

What I thought was the transmission ended up being the EGR sensor. Hollingsworth found that problem and a busted bearing ring in the differential that was causing some roughness. I changed the EGR sensor myself since I was only under powertrain warranty. They rebuilt the differential for the $100 deductible.

What Ford did you have? My tranny is the 10r80, I've been sweating now that I'm approaching 100k miles.

I haven't been impressed with any of the All Star places in many years. Everything from sales to service has been sub-par.

Robinson had my car 3 times and apparently couldn't fix it

You should probably get used to this response no matter which dealership you go to.

Took my mustang to Robinson Brothers to use the extended warranty to replace the engine due to a cylinder coolant leak. I told this to them on day 1. Took them three weeks to get me a loaner, and when I tried bringing back the loaner on the tenth day the lady looked confused that I was bringing it back because they still hadn't even started working on the mustang. Took a while to get approval from Ford but my god did the dealership drag their feet on getting things done. All in all took five weeks and left me without a vehicle for the first three weeks.

In summary, they all suck. Good luck!

That 10 speed also appeared in GM trucks at the same time. I had a 21 Ford where it wouldn’t downshift correctly but had a friend with a Silverado that gave him all kinds of different problems.

I've never had an issue with Hollingsworth-Richards on Florida.

I had a 2019 F150 Larist. 5.0. Truck had 29K on it. I traded it in before they closed the repair ticket. I didn’t want that on my Carfax. Bought a Toyota Highlander.

Unfortunately it a lot of it depends on what tech you end up with at these dealerships.

Biggest problem with Ford (other than their propensity for breaking) is the local dealer network is mostly crap in my area. They’d be more popular if their dealer network was more consistently good. .

I could find one decent Toyota dealer and a solid GMC dealer. But the Ford dealers around me are pretty bad.

Hyundai is the only other brand I can think of that is worse.

Todd? Yeah he ain’t gonna find the problem. Orlando at All Star Ford Prairieville isn’t either.

Jacob at Robinson is pretty good.

I’ve starred in this movie a few times. Good luck.
