Are the Cincy Police really trotting this out there as if it should matter? It’s coming very soon where the word never to be spoken loses its magical power and people stop caring. No clear understanding who even said and why and when. But at some point the word was uttered, therefor some dude can get curb stomped by 10 guys and a tiny girl can get cold clocked.
