Looks like self defense to me. Since when are people allowed to start throwing punches and trying to assault someone without someone being able to defend themselves? You can't just assault someone and think nothing will happen to you in return. That's not how it works.

Going to be a gray area. The manager was walking towards the guy with a pistol in his hand. He wasn’t standing ground or retreating.
