Cops pull a cripple and a blind man out of car for "tag light"
A B.S. pretextual stop over a "tag light" turns into we smell marijuana. We need to search.
The cripple and the blind man are smart enough not let down their windows. The cop tricks the wife in the backseat to let hers down by pretending to want to pet the dog.

You can't legally order a person who physically can't exit the vehicle out of the vehicle. There is case law in the 5th circuit which governs Texas that affirms this.
It's funny how 2 officers at the front windows talk to the cripple and blind man for 5 mins prior, the a 3rd officer walks up and randomly smells marijuana.
They also just happen to find no marijuana after a search.

I don’t get that bothered by it or get bothered by being pulled over.
Everytime i have gotten pulled over, i was usually speeding so i wasn’t gonna get mad about a guy doing his job because, well yeah, i was speeding
So i just take the ticket. Plus 75% of the time being nice, smiling, and respectful, i have have been let go without a ticket

well, technically they have to be in a reasonable fear for their safety to order you out. which, if there's body camera and dash cam footage, they often won't be able to prove.

Maybe it's much harder to fabricate the lie of a non existent odor f you don't let the window down. No weed was found during the search.

They also wouldn't allow the man to use his catheter and forced him to piss himself while on the ground on the side of the highway. The ADA lawyers will bankrupt that podunk Texas town.
According to the law you should allow that person to sit in the car and conduct minimal search.
The search was bogus. There was never a smell of marijuana. It was fabricated to create probable cause for a search that turned up no drugs.
