This is the film that generated so much buzz when shown to various groups that a distribution bidding war ensued. Jordan Peele fired his representatives for not acquiring it.
Its debuted at 100% on RT today.

Is this the one with something like the pied piper and the kids and stuff? I remember a trailer for that and I thought it was “Weapons.”

Correct. It was aired to distributors and interested parties and everyone went nuts for it. Huge bidding war ensued. Peele desperately wanted to acquire it but his representatives did not win the bid.

I have only seen the first trailer and I saw it once. I refuse to watch anything else until I see it. Very hyped for this and also very hyped that Zach is going to be making a Resident Evil movie. Video game movies are finally getting some respect.
