Terrible. I wish players would start trolling umps with the hands to the head like they’re calling for a review.

I honestly think catcher's framing has brought on some of this.

I'm old school, but ready for robot umps with human assistance.

But but but the human element is so romantic, we can’t get rid of it!

Wimbledon is steeped in more tradition than any sporting event and they went to fully automated line calls

That catcher definitely didn’t do his pitcher any favors. Still a terrible miss.

These umps are too used to framing by the catcher, so much that if they aren't moving it around they just assume it's a ball. Robots please.

Some of those were never in the zone and ended up in the opposite batter’s box.

Baseball officials have always been the worst of any sport. And they are cocky, arrogant and try to make themselves part of the game.

No one paid to come see you fat!

I’m slightly inclined to think they are run by a gambling mafia.

My rational side says they just have zero ability to keep up with the velocity and movement of today’s pitching.

I'm done with human beings calling Balls and Strikes. Bring on the Robot Umpires to call the Balls and Strikes at Home Plate.

Human Umpires had their day. Technology now offers a better way forward. It's time for a permanent change in MLB when it comes to human beings as Umpires.

MLB needs to use technology to the maximum extent possible. It's getting tiresome. It's not fun anymore. Bring on the Robots to Umpire behind Home Plate.

Why are they not already using sensors to call balls and strikes. Seems easy enough.

Considered arguing balls and strikes and an immediate ejection.

A Rays player did it against the Astros and got tossed.

You need framing for a pitch right down the middle of the plate?

Plus, the catcher gave the ump an unrestricted view of the plate
