Strange story out of Huntsville about missing New Iberia engineer

LeBlanc, 29, was reported missing earlier this week after he failed to show up for work Tuesday morning. According to family members, his last communication came at 4:32 a.m. that day. Authorities in Alabama tracked LeBlanc’s blue Tesla Model 3 using vehicle data. The car reportedly sat at the Huntsville International Airport for four hours early Tuesday morning, just 12 minutes from his apartment, before traveling west along rural backroads.

It’s a crazy story. My wife is from NI and one of her friends has been posting on FB about it since yesterday. It hit the news today. None of it makes sense. Some weird details.

Very strange to leave his phone when that’s the “key” 99.9% of Tesla owners use. Hopefully they’ll be able to recover the data from the cameras and close thus easily.

My initial-gut reaction was some sort of psychotic-mental break and an elaborate suicide, but anything's possible.
Hell, he could have been waiting on a Russian "girlfriend" and it didn't work out and stuff happened, if we want to get creative-weird about it

Speaking of strange New Iberia stories they never mentioned it in the media, but some crazy guy cut a man’s head off near City Park a few months back. Drove around with it in his car and was chased to Saint Martin Parish allegedly. I’m not positive about the veracity of the last statement, but I’m sure about the rest.

You disappear from your life on a flight and have someone pick up your car and burn it on the middle of nowhere...seems like a good plan, but too many cameras...they will figure this one out.
