How to prevent underwear from rotating

Easiest thing would be not to wear them. Then you can’t have the problem

Did you recently lose weight? It should be tight enough to not rotate much.

Probably ill fitting I suspect. Try athletic boxers from 32° Cool. Great fit.

I have never had this happen.

Stop buying the cheap Walmart Haynes or Fruit of the Loom 8 pack special.

Try some Under Armour (non cotton) or more expensive brands.

Also maybe try for a tighter fit so they stick and conform to your body.

Not necessarily. Willing to bet OP is buying something akin to the Hanes boxers that come in a 3 or 4 pack, and don't get me wrong I have a few pairs of those in the rotation myself.

But those mass produced packaged boxers - for whatever reason - have a ridiculous amount of extra size in the back. I don't have the gift of the biggest hind end or anything, but I also wouldn't say it's non-existent like some Hank Hills out there; and even then theres so much extra fabric back there you can ball it up in your fist and the boxers are barely tight.

My suggestion would be to spend the extra money on some higher end brands. Brands that don't sell 4 or 5 packs in a plastic bag, but you're actually buying individually. Duluth Trading makes some that aren't as snug as boxer briefs but also doesn't have that extra foot of unnecessary fabric that bunches up and twists around your thighs and waist

A butt floss thong will stay centered.



And boxer briefs would be terrible.

Pull them snug in your arse crack. Like a thong.

Grow an arse

Bombas makes great socks and boxers. Invest in both.
