I think Stamps will start but will get benched and lose his spot by game 3

I agree and wish I had more upvotes to give.

WR depth chart doesn't really matter. These guys will likely all get playing time.

Are we sure Green is a TE and not a WR?

jack pyburn is going to start ,he may get subbed out occasionally on 3rd down but the main reason he left florida was because he was only playing 1st and 2nd down. I dont know if the money was why he left Florida but I know it was wanting to be on the field on 3rd down. they will have him coached up with a new arsenal of pass rush moves ,we have the best edge coach in the country in peoples.

I think if pyburn comes out it will be to get jimari butler and Patrick Payton on the field together on 3rd down and medium to long.
pyburn will play a lot of snaps on 3rd though and he will for sure be the guy on early downs, hes a game changer against the zone read and other run plays that we were getting killed on because of undisciplined play.

the receivers in our first string 3 wide set will be, Hilton, anderson in the slot ,and nic anderson on the boundary out wide. they will shift into a 4 wide by putting treydez in the slot on the other side from Aaron anderson.

I think there's a chance that Ross and/or the other weeks ends up pushing keys hard in a position battle.

the big guy from Texas will start in some packages as a true nose tackle when we need someone for that .I think it would be good to play him against qb run offenses so he can eat up blocks to keep our backers and star as clean as possible to make the correct reads

Stamps is actually one of the highest graded CB in the country lol. Had 14 PBU … forced 10 incompletions which is 2nd in the sec . His 72 PFF grade is top 10 in the sec

Kelly said they are working with him on his blocking and running routes after having his hand in the ground. hes going to play both ,he will line up detached alot too but he has to be able to do both or we're just too predictable.

the depth chart for receivers will be all over the place though. they will have treydez all over the place and a major part of redzone offense . at receiver I think our top 3 in yards will be the two andersons and hilton. Brown will do what zavion did last year.

we have no idea right now. Jackson may frick around and start at nickel or start over Pickett if hes not ready, nobody knows really until we get about 10 days into camp or about a week in full pads, whichever comes first.

we should be able to read the tea leaves from the practice reports by then.

does anyone know if tiger bait did spring practice reports? does anyone have a link to any reports from spring that are from guys that actually had boots on the ground and know what they're talking about?

Switch baby weeks and Moses for ross and braker. Doubt brown came to be a backup at wr. Same for pyburn as a poster said above. Overall looks really close, good stuff

Taylor was a favorite target of Nuss. Go back ans watch the bowl game highlights, they basically had Green do exactly what Taylor did and he filled the role perfectly.

Pyburn and Reliford starting
Payton will come in on 3rd downs
I could see that as are base defense but think we will be in nickel a significant amount I think Cooley be our #1 NB
I know the Base is a (5) DB look with a star but I don’t want Perkins to have to cover a slot.

I like this roster except for the safety positions and left tackle depth. If the safeties play just average, and Tyree Adams stays healthy, we will be a playoff team.

This is going to be one of those years where we get 2+ threads a week debating the WR rotation

Zero chance zavion starts over brown or a healthy nic Anderson. My hot take is also spears beats out Cooley for the other safety spot

Thomas gonna get some carries from the backfield

Brown will start

Look for Johnson to get some red zone qb zone reads

Not bad but I have to put pyburn at starter. He should help a ton in run support.
